Rigger Level III Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing lifting and rigging operations while maintaining the highest safety standards on-site. Daily duties include inspecting lifting accessories, evaluating load weights, selecting appropriate rigging equipment, and assisting crane operators during lifting activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting pre-lift inspections of rigging tools and lifting equipment.
- Preparing safe lifting arrangements according to approved lifting plans.
- Calculating load capacities and determining proper rigging methods.
- Coordinating lifting operations with crane operators and supervisors.
- Ensuring compliance with project safety regulations and lifting procedures.
