Job Responsibilities

The selected Work Permit Receiver will play an important role in maintaining safe project operations by ensuring all work activities comply with Saudi Aramco procedures and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the work permit process before site activities begin.
Coordinating with supervisors, HSE personnel, engineers, and construction teams.
Verifying that all safety requirements have been completed before issuing permits.
Inspecting work locations to identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
Confirming isolations, gas testing, and other safety controls before work starts.
Monitoring compliance with Saudi Aramco work permit regulations.
Maintaining accurate permit documentation and daily records.
Supporting safe execution of maintenance, shutdown, and construction activities.
Reporting safety concerns and assisting in implementing corrective actions.
Promoting a strong workplace safety culture throughout the project.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have previous experience working on Saudi Aramco projects and be familiar with industrial work permit systems.
