The company is looking for candidates with a minimum of 8 years of HSE experience and valid Aramco Approval. Selected candidates will support project safety operations by ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards, occupational safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
This 6-month project offers a professional working environment with food, accommodation, and transportation provided under the client’s scope.
Job Responsibilities
The selected HSE Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment through effective safety management practices.
Key duties include:
- Implementing health, safety, and environmental procedures at the project site
- Conducting regular safety inspections and workplace audits
- Identifying hazards and recommending preventive actions
- Preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessment reports
- Conducting toolbox meetings and safety awareness sessions
- Monitoring compliance with Saudi Aramco safety requirements
- Investigating incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
- Maintaining HSE records, reports, and project documentation
- Coordinating with supervisors, engineers, and site workers
- Ensuring safe execution of construction and industrial activities
- Supporting continuous improvement of site safety performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Eligible candidates must have:
- Minimum 8+ years of professional HSE experience
- Valid Aramco Approval (Mandatory)
- Experience in oil & gas, industrial, or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
- Understanding of hazard identification and risk control methods
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures
- Ability to prepare safety reports and documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Candidates with previous Saudi Aramco project experience will be highly preferred.
